Plant patterns

I’ve been drawing various plants that I see and then, inspired by art nouveau artists such as Alphonse Mucha, (and with a feeling that they weren’t ‘finished’), transforming them into patterns; some circular and some linear.

I find some of the circular ones quite hypnotic, which wasn’t what I had originally intended but having always been interested in Op Art I think this is a good thing.
